A boutique hotel I stayed at had this in the room, really liked it (the steamer, not the hotel) and ordered. Definitely the best home steamer I've had. It's on the heavier side, so you wouldn't want to be steaming the world but definitely good for normal home use. Would buy again.

I bought this February 2023, used it about once or twice a week for less than 30 minutes each time, and last week (January 2024) it’s stopped working. It doesn’t heat up and water leaks out but no steam. I wouldn’t recommend this because I don’t think I got my money’s worth.

So far I really like this steamer. It's relatively easy to use and does a really nice job of getting wrinkles out. It also takes less time to remove wrinkles than using a traditional iron.

I love everything about this steamer. It heats up with amazing speed and is very easy to use. Yesterday I needed to flatten the edge of a new rug that was curling up and tripping my husband — I consider this to be the ultimate test, since wrinkles in a blouse wouldn't be much of a challenge for any steamer, whereas a rug is thick and stiff and is much more resistant to flattening out. Today that edge is still completely flat, so I call this a complete success. If it ever curls again, my steamer is here to tackle it. I gave fewer stars in the "for traveling" category because in my opinion it would take up too much room in a suitcase, but others might disagree.

I sell clothes so I use my fabric steamer VERY OFTEN. Already have one but got this one to use it for traveling and it’s too bulky plus IT DOES NOT work as well as my other (cheaper) steamer. Takes FOREVER to take out wrinkles on my cotton garments. All in all not worth the money, I would not recommend.

After reading the instructions, I did make sure to use a piece of cloth to test first as there might have been a residue initially, even though there wasn't. Still glad they mentioned to do that. This handy-dandy steamer worked like a charm. As you can see from the pictures, it took out the wrinkles pretty easily and it's still half full with water. Easy to use, lightweight. I really like not having to use an ironing board. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This is the best hand steamer we’ve used and we’ve had a few. My wife buys, wears and sells vintage clothes on the side. And I loathe ironing. We used to only have full upright steamers but those are hard to live with in an apartment. As advertised, this steamer easy to use as a steamer or iron, heats up quick, and continuously steams. The woven wire and fake leather cord tie are a nice touch. I am not sure about traveling with it unless checking a bag or space is no issue.
