I have been having hormone swings, mood crashes, and hormonal acne. I have tried many different alternatives to naturally regulate my hormones before taking this, but I have genuinely seen a huge difference after taking this.I have been taking it for about 10-14 days now, and I noticed me mood has been good, especially the week before my period, which is when I normally feel irritable, low energy, cramps, and hormonal acne. Had some issues with my cycle after my last pregnancy, probably due to my PCOS. Doctors wanted me to get on birth control to “fix” it, but I heard about this from my PCOS groups. Thought I’d give it a try! My cycle is 100% back to normal and more regular than I’ve ever been. I also notice that my anxiety has been more under control too! The pills are large but I have zero issues with them, and they’ve proven themselves effective so I think it’s well worth it! The casing has no flavor too which is a plus!

Helps me a lot with my Polycystic ovaries

A friend of mine recommended I take this with another supplement, so I bought them both. I don’t know if it’s this supplement or the combination of both supplements, but boy did it clean my stomach. I have a bowel movement 4-6 times a day and this is not the reason I bought them. It helped though.I also, don’t get as hungry and get full right away. I am very gassy though and constantly burping. The pills are easy to swallow as lo g as you take enough water with it.I have only taken it for almost a week, but i feel great!

I used to have the worst periods and cramps and all the things. It would last for weeks on end. And once I started taking this it has been normal, 4-7 days. Not heavy, and no cramping! It’s been amazing!!!

I've had a positive experience with Inositol. What I've read about inositol is it can aid with insulin resistance. I have found that, aided with a diet, inositol does indeed help with fatigue and that weird always-thirsty always-hungry feeling. Thanks so much to the manufacturer!
