Life Extension Cytokine Suppress with EGCG, 30 Vegetarian Capsules (Pack of 2)

I bought this a while back but hadn't taken it yet, as I was hesitant. I try not to take too many supplements but I am on a journey to feel better without medical intervention. I prefer a natural route. I've got some internal issues, diagnosed with IBS and possible endometriosis, but I've also had covid a few times now and all these things can set off a massive bout of inflammation to your body. I definitely suffer from chronic inflammation, and I've had a positive ANA titer, proving that my body is making autoimmune cells that are attacking my own organs. But yet, I have tested negative for most autoimmune conditions. Endometriosis and covid can both make your body produce autoimmune cells, so it's really important to my health right now, for me to calm down this massive inflammation that's going on. Yesterday I felt particularly ill when I woke up. I decided to start taking the supplement, and already on day two I am feeling a whole lot different! My energy level is way up, and I hope this continues because I haven't had this much energy in a long time! No headache, no brain fog, no lethargy. I'm going to continue the supplement and I will update as more time passes

I went on a biking journey that left me aching all over, especially in my hands where arthritis sometimes flares up. The pain was so pronounced that I couldn't get to sleep that night. I dug out my bottle (unopened) of Cytokine Suppress and took one. Within a couple of days I felt much, much better (taking one a day) and have continued to take this because it seems to work for me. It seems to keep inflammation from flaring up and lets me do things longer.

I guess the only way to know for sure if they work is to test cytokines, and honestly, who has the money to do that? LOL I didn't feel a noticeable difference. That doesn't mean that they didn't do anything; It just means that I can't tell the difference.

I didn't know why I had felt sick for over twenty years. I thought it was allergies. I read an article on inflammation and ordered these thinking it could relieve my allergies. After three days of taking them (3 every morning) I felt well, had the energy of my twenties and my lifelong depression lifted. I take 1-3 daily on an empty stomach in the morning and I was able to join a gym and have finally been getting back into shape. This is a supplement worth trying.

I originally bought this in case anyone in my family caught Covid. But as I was suffering with nine insect bites, it dawned on me that allergic reactions are probably an immune response like a cytokine storm. When an insect such as a flea bites me, I literally end up with palm sized hard knots that are painful, itchy, red and swollen. I tried one pill last night and when I woke up, only two of them were still slightly hard. It did make me feel a little sick, but not nauseous like some others felt. Let's just say, with these results, I'm not deterred. I just took another one.
