They look good, but.....
Bought these tyre valve extensions two weeks ago. When I attempted to fit them on my Isuzu Grafter they immediately deflated the tyres. What am I doing wrong?

4 fitted - 4 flat tyres. These do not work
Fitted 4 across 4 different tyres. Slow leaks on all of them from the valves on the end of the extensions. Has broken a valve on one tyre, this is not from poor installation - the product is defective. Do not recommend.
