This was a really cute product and I wanted something for my office that I could personalize with different messages. This seemed like a great option. I do have a few qualms about it though - 1) It doesn't sit well on desk surfaces unless you put something on the bottom that will keep it from slipping constantly, and 2) Taking the letters off of the "trees" (for lack of another term) is extremely exhausting and time consuming. I thought this would be a simple process, but I purchased this months ago and still haven't been able to get them all off of the "trees". After about half an hour of struggling, my fingers and hands were very sore. Other than these two things, it's a cute product and I like that I can personalize with symbols and whatnot too.

I got this to put in my classroom. I love how it came with an organization box. The letters stay put and come in various fonts and sizes. I love the gold color choice also! There are a ton of emojis to chose from!

Overall I like the sturdiness of the board itself, but the letters lack some quality. You have to cut out the letters individually because they are held on by thick plastic and that takes some time especially because if you don't cut carefully the letters will have little white nubs on the end. Also the letters don'd hold on the board very well unless its unmoved. The bag provided also doesn't hold all the letters provided, so you'll need a space for the extras. I do recommend this letter board if you have the time to carefully cut out the letters and sort through all the letters to find the one you want.

The board itself is small and cute. The plastic letters with their tiny tabs seem to fit pretty well in the felt seams. There are a large variety of letters with smiley faces and punctuation - but it is a nightmare to cut each and every one off its plastic backing to have them usable. The 'easel' has no stopper, so a light bump could knock it down from its precarious balance. Overall, it's okay. Nothing special. Wouldn't buy again, but didn't return it either.

Love this product, we bought it for a baby announcement. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the letters are hard to cut out and there are little plastic pieces that stick out on the sides of the letters.. I tried to whittle them down to make the letters smooth but it doesn't completely work. Overall a good purchase as long as you're okay with spending time on the letters.

The display is so cute and professional! I loved everything and nothing was missing. The letters/ characters are somewhat hard to remove even with the scissors that it comes with. It took me a lot of twisting/ cutting/ and bending for it to break off. Some of the characters/ letters seem to fall out of the felt board more easily than others. I'm just very careful using mine so they don't fall out.

Nice cute board. The letters are hard to cut off the plastic specially with the weak scissors it comes with. I cut them off then ended up removing the rest of the plastic off the letters with a fat nail cutter. It took me over an hr but It worked better than the scissors. Overall nice board. Nice packaging too.

I really like the board, it was just really exhausting cutting all the letters off and the scissors that they send you don't work. What worked best for me was using good scissors to cut the letters off then big nail clippers to cut off the leftover piece.
