If you have a toddler that loves to drink water in the night this is a needed item. My little one would wake up and not be able to find his cup. Now he can find his cup on his own.I find that you have to be a little careful to make sure you get the lid on right. No quite as easy to tell it’s on as the Munchkin one.

So, we use this only for water. being a veteran mom I knew cleaning the inner straw part would be nearly impossible. Aside from that, this cup is amazing. It's a shorter straw and easier to suck than the Munchkin equivalent, which is optimal for oral development per our SLP Feeding Specialist. It doesn't leak unless liquid gets caught in the straw, but a quick sip remedies it. Dishwasher safe is an added bonus. I personally really like the glow-in-the-dark lid which received and "oh, wow" from my kiddo.

My daughter learned how to drink from straw with this cup. It doesn't leak and it's very durable (my daughter throws it on the floor all the time). It's a bit difficult to wash it at first though.
