I do like these because they are all natural and they do work ... eventually. They are not fast acting, plus u got to take them multiple times a day which makes u run out of them a lot quicker. So it all depends on what you are looking for .. something not good for ur body, affordable and works quick. Or something all natural, slow acting, and affordable.. that's up to you
