Property Management 2nd edition Paperback – July 20, 2017

What I expected purchasing a used book but it was fully in tact. Good purchase overall.

This books is required for the Property Management class in the community college Real Estate program usually competing for having the most enrolled with only one other in California each year. Personally, I feel that this book covers things thoroughly. Initially, I dreaded having to read many pages for the first time in decades after finishing college. To say the least, I dread it times less than I expected to.Btw ..... reading with credit card size Taiwanese made fresnel magnifying lenses makes things move more smoothly while I read

Have two years in property management experience so knew a lot of it

The cover is ruined. The book looks bad.
