Good product, very durable.
Stitching, fabric all good. No defects.Update in Jan 2023 - Now using it as a cushion instead of hoodie with neck support. Very comfortable.For people with neck pain issues, this is a great product.Note that if you have severe cervical spondylosis, depending on how bad your case is, you might find the cushion heavy because it is stuffed well. If you have access to someone with good tailoring skills you might be able to get it customised to whatever suits you well. Tailors are under-rated.

Overall it's great and comfortable, great for train or any travel journey, can be used as normal pillow too, comfortable for neck and hoodie is also of good size only if it could be a little bigger, material is soft and outward is made of velvet, good product, value for money.

Poor quality
This product is not what it looks like. The fabric looks like velvet but it was something very different. It would itch on the neck once the hoodie is put on. Would suggest not to buy this one.

hoodie too small for an adult
the product is value of money, for 209 the product is ok but not perfect. but the hoodie is too small for an adult.maybe 10 yr old or below, i m 5.10ft guy n the pillow is floating around my cheek and above neck.

Good product as W as attractive colour.
I liked its colour. Product is normally good , ( its not having any memory fom) , you can say it good @ this price. Not bad. But one point feeling bad on seller's part. Pillow is same as they shown in pics but sellers sent me eye cover if different colour. Totally unmatched with combo. Thats only a bad point. Amazon should cut seller's taing for this cheating. Rest ok. Thanks to Amazon
