This player gives me the stereo sound I've been searching for at an incredible price! I've been listening to my personal music collection on cassette for a ridiculous amount of time. The player was notably heavier than the previous brand I had been using. Obviously digital products are more sophisticated and smaller. Therefore it may seem counterintuitive but this player give you Hi-fidelity at an affordable price.

Throw back and perfect for playing those old tapes. Easy to use,

Pretty good little tape player. Nice features like a rewind and record button/capability. The built in speaker is kind of nice for when you just don't want to use headphones or earbuds. AM/FM radio output to headphones is pretty solid.However, so far, the headphone output for cassette tapes doesn't sound much better than the built in speaker. Sounds like they turned down everything but the treble.One minor thing is that seating the cassette tape is a tiny bit iffy.Over all a solid little player though, especially if you aren't too concerned about sound quality.

Have owned this unit for one month. Use it daily during my half-hour walks to listen to cassette audiobooks. Much better than expected! Sounds about the same as my old RCA and SONY portable units. This one is a bit thicker than the RCA and SONY units because of the built-in speaker but that is not a problem. And, most importantly, it has a belt clip! For the low cost (less than $20) it is definitely a good buy.

I’m unable to test item as the battery compartment is too short to accept 2 AA sized batteries. This is the second one delivered and will also be returned. It boggles the mind how did this even happened.

It is very convenient to carry. What is cheaply made. The quality of sound is not that good.

Love the speaker option

My 50 yr old son has brain damage and is in a coma. He recorded a song 35 years ago on a cassette tape. I live in Florida he in Cali. I'm so happy it works and when I go next month and play it for him, I'm hoping it sparks something in him. The sound is good enough for what I need it for. I was afraid it wouldn't work, more so the tape itself. You don't know how happy this makes me feel that they still sell these.2nd review:But... after I was able to play the tape for him, the tape got stuck in the player. I was able to save it, but I'm too afraid to use it again. At least my son heard it. He since then passed away.Careful using this.
