great tool for the money
Greatlittle toolforthemoney , I wanted something the was in the mid range price area but wasn't cheaply built sold get some longevity out of it. Worked very well. I had to install a race gas cap to a 2023 KTM super duke r. It called for the bolts to be mounted at 3nm. The Torque Wrench was easy to adjust and the head of it it clicks when the correct pressure was met. Over all great tool for the money spent fit and finish was quality. Time will tell its ultimate quality.

EPAuto 1/4 Inch Dive Click Torque Wrench
Based on my experience, this torque wrench appears to be accurate when torqueing screws and small bolts.Initially, the ratcheting mechanism of the wrench was stuck. Setting the torque near the maximum setting I was able to unstick the ratcheting mechanism, so it now works as intended. So far, this torque wrench was used to torque handle bar stems, headsets bolts, disk rotor bolts, as well as brake and shifter clamps. For the price, this product is of good quality. It has a good selection of hex and torx bits, as well as a useful wrench extension.

A quality 'must have' wrench for the DIY bicycle enthusiasts
I do modifications to my high end carbon and titanium bikes. I have just converted a carbon triathlon bike with the aerobar setup to a safer cockpit with the shifters, brakes, and grips on a flat handle bar. See pictures included in this review.I have always wonder how much force to use to fasten the screws to, say 8 Newtons so I just guestimate it and try not to over torque the screws/bolts and break my carbon handle bar. Well, I almost killed myself on my first test ride on the converted bike - the handle bar grips slipped during a steep climb, throwing my balance off and I almost had a nasty spill. I realized afterwards that I need to tighten all bike parts with the proper force and the only way to do that is to get a torque wrench with the proper bits. The EPAuto torque wrench set in a tough plastic case is made of quality material and craftsmanship. It has the most common Allen bits and three Torx bits (for brake repair/maintenance). The instructions aren't too clear on how to adjust the torque settings but I figured it out after a minute of tinkering. Once I have the torque dialed for the right Newton setting and attached the correct bit, I retighten the bolts on the bike stem plate, brake level clamps, shifter clamps, Ergon grips. I also used the wrench to tighten the bolts on the bike stem, water bottle cages, and the seat post clamp. It goes to show that without this wrench, I have been fastening these bike parts way too loosely. Needless to say I promptly did the same to my other two bikes. Some of the reviewers complained about the 'click' sound too low when the bolt has been tighten to the desirable torque setting, which is not incorrect. However, the wrench also provides a sudden 'give' (slack) at the same time. I personally rely on the tactile feedback more so than the audio click sound. One tip I suggest is when you feel the bolt is becoming harder to turn, i.e., close to proper torque setting, crank in small increments delicately until you get the click/sudden slack. You'll get the hang of it after the first two bolts. The wrench is made in Taiwan and not in China. Taiwan has been manufacturing consumer products for the Japanese and world markets much longer than China. Not to say Chinese products are all cheap and bad but I'd put my money on Taiwanese product any day. And this wrench set is right up there with Canadian Tire's Maximum 1/4" wrench, which costs twice and comes with no bits!I cannot stress enough about the importance of a properly assembled bike. The last thing you want is to have parts like the handle bar coming loose during a ride. This quality torque wrench is an investment to an enjoyable and safe ride, a 'must have' tool for any bike enthusiasts and DIY types.
