The problem is that my son hits himself a lot and with so much movement they start to slide down or up and I have to readjust them, but I still recommend them. Might be hit and miss for parents. My kid absolutely hated them and wouldn’t sleep, so I had to return.

They seem great, but my 2yr old took them off within seconds. There is no "child safety" on them to prevent your child from just pulling on the Velcro. I was worried about that when I purchased, but was hoping with one on each arm he wouldn't be able to do it. That theory was wrong. If you're willing to put a long sleeve shirt over top, they'd probably work great, but I will be returning.
