12 of the best tongue scrapers for the price of one - also, gross
Most effective tongue scraper I've ever used and for the the best value, period.I had a metal one from Whole Foods for way longer than I should have been putting in my mouth. The handles were a sort of hard rubber that deteriorated over time, while building up this gross, black discharge inside of the handle as it peeled away. It looked like my tongue scraper had scurvy. Then I converted to a cheap plastic scraper I bought from the dollar store. I wasted one good year of my life using this. My mouth never felt fully purged of the disgusting, white bacteria debris and feces (or whatever that stuff is when you wake up in the morning sometimes). This poor excuse for a tongue scraper was the equivalent of wiping your a** once after s***ing. And don't even get me started on people who say they use a tooth brush. They don't know what true oral pleasure feels like.A colleague of mine had one with the same design as this Copper Tongue cleaner in stainless steel that she said she bought online for $40 seven years ago. Looking at the sleek, erotic(?) design with that crisp edge that's just sharp enough to scrape every dead cell off of your tongue but not sharp enough to send you to the emergency room, I knew that one day I would have it. I knew in my heart and mind that it was the tongue scraper for me. I imagined the feeling of it--like scraping months of old grease off of a pan, but on your tongue. It's that disgusting discharge that brings brings a strange euphoria to me every morning: "That's me right there. That came out of my body." And most people will never know this joy because most people don't even know what a tongue scraper is. They may never share this secret guilty pleasure.I have been to the ends of the earth. I promise you, this is as good as it gets. Right here. Click that buy button and your life will never be the same. But there's more. I mean, literally, there are 12 of twelve of them. I was expecting one of these to retail for $10-$40 based on what my lady friend said. Twelve for for $7. WTF?? I'm furious that I didn't know about this sooner. It's like the people at HealthAndYoga are on some divine mission to spread the gospel of the tongue scraper. And so, I feel it's my duty to do my part. I've been giving these away left and right. And if you haven't been convinced already, you too can be your community's own Johnny Appleseed of oral hygiene. In fact, you could buy 2-10 orders and give them away for Halloween. Parents would love you, dentists would rejoice, and statues would be erected in your name.Oh, and one last thing.Copper is antimicrobial, so when you can't wash it well enough when you're at some newage yoga retreat getting your dental chakras aligned, you just might not have to worry as much about keeping your new metal friend clean.

Great buy
The pack lasted so long. I still use mine today and travel with it whenever I go. They also made great gifts as many people are not yet aware of the benefits. Great product

Copper to keep your tongue clean...what a great idea! (Update)
I've never used tongue cleaners before. In fact, I can't recall any dentist ever telling me to use one. I have brushed my tongue, but apparently according to what I've read, that's not very beneficial. Not long ago, I received an email featuring copper tongue cleaners and how beneficial they are to clean the tongue, help keep the teeth from extra tartar build-up and even help prevent infections or, if you already have infection to help it heal quicker. I haven't experienced those things yet to know how much this will help, but I felt it was worth a try. The article stated to use the tongue scraper prior to brushing the teeth and to scrape the tongue a number of times. These scrapers are also supposed to help bad breath and even improve the taste buds!A few years ago, I read about hospitals replacing faucets (and areas often touched) with copper in patient's rooms and found how well it cut down on germs. This all made sense and gave me further reason to consider the copper tongue cleaner, so I decided I'd buy one to try. Well, who wants to pay $7.00 or more for one pure copper tongue cleaner when you can buy twelve pure copper tongue cleaners for around $11.00? So I bought the package of twelve, a no-brainer! Now that I've been using it and notice how much cleaner my mouth feels, I wonder why I've gone so long without trying one! It's easy to use, doesn't hurt, doesn't gag, easy to clean when finished, and if it helps prevent infections then all the better! I'm rather interested to find out if using it twice a day will perhaps help allergies to not be as bad by keeping one's tongue clean!UPDATE: These were such a great buy. I was amazed at how long it took for my tongue to actually feel clean and now used regularly it stays clean, mouth stays fresher and it is well over a year since buying these. I use it every day and it is a great tool and works fantastic. I highly recommend them!

Clean tongue dont run
These things are so great and safe as my new tongue scrappers. They're easy to use and get it if not all the tongue a great portion of it in one glide, not that you'd only do it once. They're also natural copper so great for vibrations. Rust kind of fast

Works as a tongue scraper...placed in nose to attempt to stop colds
This is a great value for tongue scrapers! It is made of pure copper and has a metallic taste when using in your mouth. The scraper bends easily to adjust to your mouth size. It does not make me gag when I use it in my mouth. The real reason I bought these scrapers, however, was to see if the antimicrobial properties of copper would stop a cold if the end of the tongue scraper was placed in my nose. I am only able to get the end of the scraper up one side of my nose so maybe the ends of these are too large. I attempted to use pliers on them to make the end of the scraper smaller, but the copper was hard to bend to a different shape. I tried placing this in my nose when my throat felt scratchy, but it didn't seem to make a difference. However, my husband used his in his nose when he felt a cold coming on, and he thought his cold was not as intense.5 stars because this is a tongue scraper and it does scrape our tongue well! Since it is not meant to be placed in the nose, I won't deduct stars, but the verdict is still out on whether or not it works to stop/lessen colds if placed in nose.(According to another copper device meant to be placed in nose, if their pure copper device is rubbed around the bottom half of the sinus cavity for 1 minute on each side, it should stop colds if used within 3 hours of first signs of sickness.)
