Excellent shoe but it did not fit my left foot due to my left foot issue and not a manufacturer issue.

roomier then past models
Although roomier in most things is good. I thought the 9's were a little too baggy above my foot which causes me to have to tighten the strings too tight. I would recommend trying these on in store before ordering online.

True to size, you'll probably want a better slide
Ok, so after bowling 8 games with these I can say a couple of things. If you have a wide foot then I'd order your standard size in normal width. If you're a standard width I'd go a half size down. The s8 that comes standard doesn't slide hardly all for me and I'm about 185 lbs. I'd definitely recommend going with an s10 or higher if you like to glide a bit more like I do. On me the back tends to rub a bit at the heel, but this may be a sizing issue more than a design issue. All in all a good modular shoe that is lightweight and breathes well. I'd buy another pair.

T.H.E. 9, the best bowling shoes by Dexter.
Just arrived on Thursday. The "9" comes with what we you see in pics per Amazon. I use a #7 heel which I ordered and received with the bowling shoes. I use a #10,11 or 12 slide sole and awaiting delivery from a different vendor. I wear a size 15D and the shoes fit perfect, with room at the toe. The shoes are of mesh design on top, which will keep my feet cool. The "9" utilizes the disc lacing system, which is going to be a great asset for a sure fit throughout the bowling experience. I expect to have these shoes for a long time. What a great Birthday gift!

T.H.E 9's run big in size compared to other Dexter shoes.
My previous pairs of bowling shoes were Dexter's, so when I ordered the T.H.E. 9's I ordered the same size. Which was 9 1/2's.They ended up being to big. So I ordered size 9's and returned the 9 1/2's. The 9's might even be a touch too big. The shoes are awesome though!

I ordered Back/gray shoes and these glow in the dark purple shoes arrived, I’m so embarrassed to wear these in my scratch mens league. I look stupid
