Had a Hayward for 12 years. had to replace the card once. When ordering the card I recieved it within three days. This system lasted three days. No lights of any kind on the screen. Called number in book. Took three separate calls for someone to answer. No message machine! Recieved RMA and sent it in. They have had it for ten days and have had no luck calling (once again) to inquire its status. Therefore the negative review. Once recieved I will install to see if the card works and will then update the review if needed.Once I got the office, my card was replaced with a new one which I recieved in two days. Installed it and it has worked in excellent fashion so far. I believe the equipment is on par with the equivalent Hayward system, for a better price. I have now used it for the entire summer with no problems and excellent water quality.
