I love this dock. At first, it might look superfluous, but it helped me to use my MacBook more often on the go, since it is super easy to slide it out of the dock and later reconnect to everything by just sliding it back in place.

Works fine and very cool bit of kit. Only issue is that the green light doesn’t turn on?

All the lights power on and nothing happens. The troubleshooting guide goes as far to gaslight you saying their device can't possibly be at fault; if everything works without your passthrough or without your device, you are the problem!My unit was possibly already faulty as 1 box was open and the other had 2 sets of seals meaning it had been opened before.

The product is ok - Brydge has a better docking station, however, none at the time of writing for the 14 inch Macbook Pro like Ascrono. The connectors line up well, but something is odd as my screens keep flickering as if a loose connection, it isn't the cables as I have connected them directly to the Macbook and they work fine with no screen flickering on the external displays.Overall - very disappointed and will be returning.

I bought this docking station unseen and going in blind hoping it would do what I wanted/needed to do. I am very happy with the purchase and that it met my needs.

when I you tubed on how to connect my laptop and watch the clip on how to install it is not what the instructions read and its missing a strip to help make the laptop tighter fit

So I was extremely disappointed with this product. Bought this for my 2019 Apple MacBook Air Intel chip. In short the docking was difficult and I had to slightly tip up the laptop to slid in and connect to the two USB-C ports. However the show stopper was even once docked the green power light would not come on every time and I'd have to repeat the dock process two or three times to get a green connect light. Finally, the product dock where the laptop slides in is hard plastic which subjected the laptop to scratching and marks. So all in all I really wanted this product to work however knew it was a no go right away and returned it within 72 hours.
