I liked it because it did not have no fragrance and The product was thick enough for my thick hair I did not have no dislikes

The pump dispensed 1 teaspoon of product, then stopped working. So I cannot remove the product to tell you if it worked or not. The way the container is designed is to prevent oxygen from touching the conditioner. The base will go upwards as it is dispensed, preventing any air from entering the container. So I don’t know what would happen to the conditioner if I broke the container open and moved it to a regular jar. I read the reviews about a bad pump on the product and decided to give it a try anyways and got burned. It may be best if they just sell this in individual use pouches.

This is an amazing treatment mask! Makes me hair feel so soft and nourished. If it did a little more for frizz (and remained fragrance free), it would be absolutely perfect!

The manager of this company needs to fire person who chose this dispenser immediately. THE PUMP DISPENSER DOES NOT WORK.The product itself is fantastic if you can find a way to remove the worst pump in the world. I plan to remove the entire pump from the bottle with a pair of pliers, then cover the bottle with plastic wrap and the lid to preserve the moisture.
