I purchased this to use in my pellet smoker, to make cleanup easier. It works great for that. The wire rack stands high enough over the top of the pan, that smoke still circulates. I line the pan with aluminum foil and then put the wire rack in place. Drippings are still usable, and the pan is easier to clean. Spray the wire rack with pam and it will be easier to clean as well. I plan on getting a second one for smoking multiple roasts.

I needed a rack for cooking meats in the oven. The rack is good quality and sturdy, Unfortunately the pan is very flimsy, cheap, thin metal. The first time the temp got to 475' it warped badly with a loud snap. Fortunately, I have better pans I can use it with, but that means I paid too much to get just a good rack. I would avoid their products in the future.

Difficult to find a size to fit my portable GMG trek, most pans are rated in "sheets", like 1/2 sheet, 1/4 sheet etc. Those are either too big or too small, this one just fits perfectly. Screen is a little thin, hence 4 stars. Probably not designed to hold a pork butt.

Welds on wires breaks easily, wires are so textured that meat cannot be cleaned off and scrubbing is very difficult

Got this for my daughter to make me baked chicken. I like the screen liner so the chicken doesn't sit in the grease that is baked off the chicken.

Pan works well, the cooling rack is pretty light weight. Use it in my smoker and the temperature seems to distort the rack and it’s 250-300 degrees. I know it’s a cooling rack, not a cooking rack, but would think it should not distort at such low temperatures.But overall a good product for the price.
