No complaints
Had some concerns after ordering cause I saw some reviews of this seller (Computer Upgrade King) but when I got the PC, it was set up perfectly and has not had a single issue yet (about a month use)I did swap out the lackluster Kioxia 512GB ssd for a Samsung 990 pro 2TB. The included Hard drive is useless for modern games (Massive load stuttering mid-play along with audio delay) but nice to have for any other storage needs you might have. If you don't feel comfortable swapping out the SSD for a larger one (you have to remove the GPU to get at the SSD), then you could still get away with just the 512GB. You’ll just have to uninstall games after you complete them to install new ones. Obviously that really depends on the game size, but several of my games are 125-165 gb each, and you’re sharing the space with the windows boot.As far as speed is concerned, the RTX 3080 is incredible. Especially paired with my 1440p screen. I think if you want to game at 4k, you might want more than a 10gb card, but 1440p looks great and my monitor runs at 165hz so it’s a perfect pairing.

Sweet gaming rig
I got this on sale and for the price it's an awesome deal. Everything came super well put together, was packaged bomb proof, had awesome cable management, and runs very well. It's not loaded with a bunch of junk programs it's just a clean ready to go gaming pc. I did have a minor issue that support responded super quick to and got me taken care of ( thanks vitaliy )I was really worried about buying a pre-built instead of building my own but I'm actually really glad I did, less headache and they managed it better than i would have anyways.

Awesome power
This thing is powerful. Most games are on ultra or the highest settings. It has never gotten hot. The 3080 might seem old, but I bet I don't have to replace till the 6080 or 7080. This is a great computer you will love it as a gamer. I think the price is really excellent for getting a 80.

Missing pieces and good response from seller
I purchased the MPG Velox by MSI Gaming Desktop (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB, Intel 24-Core i9.The power cord and WIFI antennas are missing and the mouse is broken into multiple pieces. The keyboard has to be unplugged and plugged back in each time for it to function. The seller responded and shipped out the missing/broken pieces. All good.

My Motherboard Came Defective
Like many others here, I received a PC with defective parts. I initially contacted the customer service team within the first few weeks of receiving the machine because I suddenly began getting BSOD errors during regular usage. It got to the point where I got stuck in an infinite loop with Windows Update because it would attempt to install updates and BSOD midway and then restart and do the same. I ran Memtest86 and both the RAM modules failed (together and individually) so I contacted the customer support. They noted that it is extremely rare for you to have TWO bad RAM modules but for some reason they accepted that as enough testing and offered me an exchange. Not knowing any better because I've never had these kinds of hardware issues, I went with their suggestion only find that after about a month it failed in the exact same way. Now we have effectively wasted months of time trying to fix this issue by sending my a total of 6 RAM modules to try out (all of which failed the exact same way). It is only now that they are looking to take back my machine for further testing which really sucks because now they are expecting me to pay for the shipping. The customer service team has been nice but I feel like they have completely mismanaged this situation and the result is them expecting me to take the blame and eat the costs. This is my first time spending this much money on a machine like this and I was hoping that with that I could have a smoother experience. Instead, I've had an unstable machine for the entire time and maybe now when I send it back I can receive a proper machine afterwards.I'll update as the situation unfolds further, but for the time being I have to say that this has been a very poor experience for me as a customer.
