What is the size of the finished animals?

Adult hand size? Big enough kids can easily hang on to them while they’re sewing and not struggle to do the stitches.

Are these flat? Or end up kinda 3D?

These were given as a gift - they are more flat than not, but still 3D. I know that she (4 1/2years old) had a ball putting them together, and they also helped with the learning of the planets and how they line up.

Can these be given as Party favors? Are the materials set up by animal or should it be done as an activity at the party?

If you wanted to hand them out as party favors you would have to separate them on your own. They are not individually packaged. They would be super cute to do together as an activity at a party though!

Will these stick to a felt board?

These are made of felt but I'm not sure about sticking to a felt board.
