I bought two of them and I had to send them both back because they didn’t have a plug for the American 110 is it possible to get one with an adapter?

The shaver works for 3 minutes before switching off despite being charged.This is the second time I've bought this product and the problem remains the same: it won't hold a charge!I'm extremely disappointed and will never order from this brand again!
