The Republic Of Tea Get Clean Stackable Tea, Herbal Tea, Caffeine-Free, Detox Tea, 42 Tea Bags

I drink coffee way more than tea but I like an herbal tea to help with constipation at times (jeez, do I sound ancient or what?!). SO, I was shopping around and came across this set of 3 teas to use throughout the day as a detox. The first 3 days I drank it the way you are supposed to, but when I went back to work after the weekend it didn't fit in my schedule. Since then I have had at least one of the teas each day. It has helped with regularity (especially when I was drinking all three as indicated) and I honestly feel "fresher" if that makes sense. Not in terms of the poop stuff - but just feeling like my skin has a glow and there's a feeling of...I really can't explain it. It's possible, of course, that part is in my head. I don't know - but the gentle laxative part is definitely factual. And great, because some of the meds I take can cause digestive slow down.Taste of each tea is different and they are each designed with a specific function in mind. The "all day" one is my fav and smells like vanilla with a woodsy flavor. The morning and night are more berry-ish. Like, red berry type taste.I am currently taking a different metabolic booster supplement so I can't speak to the weight loss properties of the Get Clean trio. I have lost 2 (true) pounds but there are other factors at play.I would definitely recommend this for someone looking to flush their body and bring their system into balance. It would probably work best taken 3 times a day as they recommend. The tin is really cool and I will certainly repurpose it. I would have loved it more if it 1) wasn't dented and 2) didn't have stickers that leave residue all over the little cans.

I tried the AM detox. It was ok. Nothing that excites me about a next cup. One thing I dislike about this, otherwise slick, company with healthy seeming herbal combinations, is the amount of tea in each bag. It is noticeably less than any I have ever drank. The instructions are to steep in 6oz. of water. Huh? Who, in the world, makes themselves a "cup" using that tiny amount? My mug holds 16oz. Even a standard size coffee mug holds 12oz. This is 1/2 of that. What occurs to me is that this is a way to trick people into thinking these are standard size tea bags while cutting the product cost in 1/2 for the company. If this is correct, shame on you "Republic of Tea".

I really like this product. however, I wish they would make them in the single large packs as they do some of the other ones.

I lost 3 lbs in one week drinking this daily . Works great
