My favourite sweetener
Good sweetener with no aftertaste. Very versatile in its uses. Easy to dispense.Liquid with dropper lid. Excellent value as it lasts for months.

No bitterness
Sucralose may be artificial but it tastes great with no stomach issues like the sugar alcohols. This is great as the powder is just too concentrated to dose properly, even with a really small scoop.

Ideal solution to a long standing problem
Ideal solution to a long standing problem with cold drinks like cold coffee when sweentener tablets or granules do not dissolve properly. You have to be a bit careful that more drops than you intend don't come out but other than that, I love it.

Better value than the Hermesetes liquid sweetner
I love this but the bottle is rubbish as you put either too little or too much in your coffee or tea.My suggestion would be to buy a bottle of the Hermesetes (probably spelt wrong) liquid sweetner and decant this liquid in to the bottle as you can really count the drops from their bottle. Then all you have to do is to keep emptying the Canderel in to the other bottle.Problem is then solved.

Surprised they were so good
I have been using the sweeteners for years, so thought I would give these a try. Do not put too much in as it is very sweet. Literally a little drop is one spoonful of sugar. I like the liquid as it is really good at adding to a cocktail like a margarita. No waiting for sweeteners to melt just a little drop from your bag works a treat. Hot chocolate is much better with these too, and it’s so easy to have in your bag. Far more convenient than sweeteners and I like the fact that you can use them in a variety of ways. I have changed to this and would recommend them 100%

Some experimentation required to get correct sweetness
I am a regular user of powdered Candarel, so I'm well used to the taste and vague aftertaste you get from it. I also use the tablet form occasionally, but I'm less keen on that.I was excited use this liquid version as the powdered can be a bit of a pain sometimes, and it would be handy to take out and about instead of the tablets. The liquid is clear and odourless, but dear god do not get any on you!! I got a drop on my finger and made the mistake of locking it off - boy is it sweet!! An hour later I could STILL taste sweetness in my mouth!Anyway, as a sweetener for tea & coffee it's actually pretty good. I'm a two-sugars tea girl, and the packet suggests 2 drops of liquid = 1tsp of sugar, so I tried 4 drops to start. Well, either my teaspoons are more generous than theirs, or it loses some if its effect in tea as I found that 5 drops is more like the sweetness level I'm used to. I did try 6, but that one extra drop took it over the top. I'd advise starting with the suggested 2, taste, add a drop, repeat as required until you find what works for you. When the correct level is found, it's much like normal Candarel. Similar taste & aftertaste (though maybe a little less pronounced), without the annoying foamyness that the powder causes. The biggest downside is trying to see the shops as they come out of the bottle, and not squeeze to hard as to cause a flood of sweet liquid in your tea. The bottle could do with a redesign, maybe a dropper type top. Also I'm not 100% trusting of how well the cap will stay closed in my bag as it seems a little easy to pop open, not been out with it yet and expecting a disaster - I'd advise popping it in a sandwich bag or something, just in case!I don't really ever cook with sugar, except baking which I wouldn't use it for, so I can't comment on how well it works in cooking. Will be using as my sweetener of choice from now on though!
