Works Great but Needs Custom Molding for M&P Shield
Wow, it is so hard to find a kydex double mag pouch for the M&P Shield. The magazines are "1.5 stack", the bullets are slightly staggered in the magazine but not staggered as much as double stack. I spent over and hour searching and this was the best I could find. Some products say they work but then you read the reviews and they don't work. You will notice other reviews saying the magazines fit too tight. That is true. By default, it seems to want the magazines to face opposite directions and I was taught to have them pointing the same direction so you grab them both the same way. I knew all of this before I bought this and I had a plan. When it arrived, I verified that the magazines do fit but are too tight. No problem, I taped a pieces of thin cardboard to my magazines. I removed the retention screw and blasted the pouch with a hot air gun. When it was toasty (but not liquid) I inserted the magazines and let it cool. Bingo, the magazines now fit perfect. I also had to get a slightly longer screw at the hardware store since the pouch is now slightly fatter than when it was new. I'm very happy with the pouch now that it has been custom fit to the magazines. If someone made a double pouch that worked without custom molding, I probably would have bought that but this was the best option I could find and it works perfect after it is custom fitted.

Solid product, comfortable, nicely rounded, good retention
This is a solid product. It may not be inexpensive, but the price is fair considering its quality. Retention is great (adjustable too), the paddle is grabby as it should be, the paddle flexes for comfort, and all the edges are smooth. Given the limited capacity of small EDC weapons, it's reassuring to have another two mags on your belt just in case.I tried two other mag holders before this one. The first two were not good enough for EDC. This one is. The only downside is threading your belt thru it which is a tight fit. But if that fit were loose, it might wobble on your belt. So I'll live with that and developed a workaround (spread the paddle away with your weak side ring finger then thread your belt).

Not for SW MP Shield 9mm
The product is well made, however since it was molded and it's non adjustable, I found it way too hard to remove my magazines in a time of crisis with my mp shield. I now have one from a different manufacturer with adjustable tension.also I did not come with inner waistband clip, when I contacted them, they would of sent me it for free, but I sent back.

WAY to tight to work with M&P Shield mags. Would not trust my life on it.

If you own a single stack handgun this is the magazine holster to buy
Tried a different popular magazine holster and like many others found it was too loose for my Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm magazines. This one fits great right out the box but is also adjustable. Nice form and fit, good quality plastic. Don't compromise when it comes to gun accessories!

I tried adjusting them but they were too tight for my M & P shield magazines. I tried turning them around but nothing helped. I found others that a Gun & Knife show that were molded by the seller and they fit perfectly. I bought these for shooting at an outdoor range where speed counts.

It feels as though the Shield mags might be carried better if back-to-back
Not exclusive to the Shield...I took out the center tensioning screw immediately. It feels as though the Shield mags might be carried better if back-to-back... I like the rotation feature, even though I doubt I'll ever use it...
