The flavour is good and not too sweet, and it's nice liquid, making it easy to consume even during intense workouts. Each sachet provides a quick and effective energy boost that keeps me going strong, especially during those tough final miles. The packaging is convenient and easy to open on the go, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other gels.

Love this gel. It's like drinking a concentrated juice. Taste is good, at first it taste sweet but not that bad. Just make you chase it with water or other hydration. It helps me with my long ride and run. No bonking. Update: still a 5 star because this is all I use for my training. Alternate with the caffeine during race day. It didn't fail me. No stomach issue.

These were very easy to get down but they had a weird artificial taste compared to other energy gels.

I really like the ease of use of this High 5 gel. The pack opens easily and the gel tastes very good. It is fairly thin so it's very easy to ingest as you ride. Good stuff.

Tasted like butter more than orange and had zero effect energy wise. Don't buy.

This gel was perfect for my marathon training and my actual marathon race! The satchets go down very smoothly - smoothly enough that I can easily take one every half hour or so with very little stomach upset until I get to the 7th or 8th packet. I took a star off because sometimes it can be a bit tricky to get the cap off - you have to bite it and rip it off with your teeth. This is fine at the start of long runs, but after a couple of hours, when your fine motor skills decline, this proves to be a touch difficult. Overall, I would use again. The texture is perfect - a bit thin and easy to get down, and you don't have to chase with a ton of water. These have a pleasantly mild taste as well.

The whole box was ruined when it arrived and It was in a bigger box so they sent it already ruined

Easy to take while running or cycling. More liquid than solid so goes down easy. Good flavour. Happy days!

Product came with the box fully damaged and the expire day in a month, which is too short! Very disappointed

I take this as an aid when my blood sugar is falls low during the night, being Type 1 Diabetic. It works well. The only problem is the delivery I received today - the expiry date is less than 3 months - not very helpful.
