I don't know about these things
I bought these on the recommendation of DeBoss Garage on Youtube (I'm looking at you RicH) They do alright but come apart really quick but hey really do a good job until their demise. I first used them on a 4.5" Dewilt angle grinder that was probably too fast but they lasted a little while before flinging the tentacles all off. I then used them in a7" angle grinder that had an appropriate speed and they didn't last half the length of time as with the smaller, faster grinder. I gave up on them when they cost $20 American Kopecks each.

HOW TO CLEAN GROUT AND TILE
I saw this on youtube as a way to get rid of excess grout that dried on tile. Did not make much sense but gave it a try and it worked beautifully. I put it on the drill and it does all the work. I even used it to clean our pebble floor shower. Makes the job so easy and does not scar the pebbles.

Works well on steel
I purchased this to prepare an A36 steel plate I will use as a baking steel. I used it on a 7" polisher (5/8-11 arbor, variable speed, 1900 rpm max) and it worked well to blend the edge (prepared with a grinding disk) and remove rust left over from the vinegar mill scale removal step. There was very little sparking during use. The scratches left behind seemed a bit more coarse than the 180 grit abrasive it is claimed to have. I would NOT use this with an angle grinder, too high RPM.

These don’t last.
These fly apart and don’t lastI could destroy one in less than a minute.I used it on a 4” grinder, Milwaukee. The bristles fly off and hurt when they hit, out of balance big time.Might work ok at slower rpm but are worthless as I used them.
