I bought these for my husband, as he had another brand of phone ring for a few years now, and the only problem was the pin holding the ring on is becoming loose. I purchased these because they looked elegant.When they arrive, I read as much as I could about them, and then applied them to his phone and my phone. Left them for 24 hours as it stated the adhesive would hold better. Today, the second day of owning them, his fell off his phone, and my one I removed, but it is NOT washable and reusable. There was absolutely NO adhesive on them.Update:The company was very helpful, and did everything they could to rectify the problem.

****Original Review, followed by an UPDATE. I originally gave this Item 3-Stars****It's a a nice idea. But after less than a month of use, the ring-hinge became very loose. It no longer operates as a kickstand and I can't even put the ring on my finger because with the hinge not holding in place, my finger gets caught/stuck... the real difference between this and a popsocket is that the ring works with my magnetic phone holder in my car. Glad it came in a pack of 2, because I probably won't buy this model again.Update: After posting this review, the seller contacted me, quite a few times, asking if I could remove this review because of the low rating(3-stars). They offered to send me a replacement in exchange for my removing the review. I explained that i didnt want a replacement because the problem i was having was very similar to a few other reviews posted, therefore i wouldnt use a product that was only good for one month again AND possibly mislead someone into believing this to be a reliable item from a trust worthy seller. I explained to the seller that i would not REMOVE my review but would gladly Amend it if a refund was given. They never responded after that and I didnt recieve a refund. Since then I have applied the second ring from the pack of two, and it has already started doing the same thing as the first.I will say. If the product i recieved was defective and no one else had this problem, ok sure, please send me another. But that wasnt the case. Alot of people had the SAME issue i had so sending me another one wasnt going to fix it. And asking me to remove my honest review of a product just because you dont care for the review, speaks volumes to the level of your integrity as a seller.So now I WILL leave them 2-Stars instead of one because they were polite in thier correspondences. Unfortunately still, you can offer to do something to rectify a situation. But if you never actually do it. You've only made it worse and no matter how kind you were, youve now made yourself look bad.Buyers please beware. Theres no telling how many more people have had this same issue and were hushed up by the seller.

FINAL REVIEW: I have received the replacements and tried them out. So far they seem to be much better than my originals. They are much tighter and aren't like fidget spinners anymore. The only reason I am giving 4 stars because this shouldn't really be a problem in the first place, but the customer service was great and the rings work great now.EDIT 1: Below is my first unedited review of the product and I had given it two stars. Soon after posting my negative review customer service had contacted me with the option to send a replacement or get a refund. I accepted the replacement and am waiting for it now and will post another edit like this of my final review once my item has arrived.- - - -ORIGINAL REVIEW:The ring part works well enough though I was very disappointed with the rings tightness. It has become extremely loose after only 4 days and will not support my phone anymore.

Updated after 3 hours:Seriously?! Just a few hours after that other review it fell off. I was just using it normally, just to help stabilize while using the phone and it fell off.Updated review:I was contacted by the seller after a posted my review. They recommended that you do need to let it rest for 24 hours before using. I tried it on the second ring and it's been working great so far. So make sure you know where you want it before you stick it on. Once you put it on, don't try to reposition it.Didn't even stick unto the back of my case.

I really enjoy this it came 2 I'm still on my first one the sticky back is a 3M product but I've taken it off my phone case three times and replaced it I've placed on my phone and taking it off and was able to replace it onto another case I was able to use it multiple times with the stick still holding it's not like A pop socket back but it is a very strong adhesive that is reusable. The only issue that I found with this product is that the 360 rotation which is nice it gets a little loose like the ring doesn't get loose but it like it'll spin if I'm not holding it which is fine because it does but I wanted to do but that's just my only issue with it.

Works just as advertised. I bought it for my tablet, and it does the trick there. But I installed the second one on my Kindle, and it's that one I now use all the time. I awarded four instead of five stars because, for me, the inside edges of the rings - the edges that makes contact with your finger - needed a bit of buffing before they were completely comfortable. A bit of rubbing with very fine sandpaper quickly fixed the glitch. One other nice touch...the rings are so low profile that my tablet continues to fit easily within its tightly tailored sleeve with the ring installed. A very well conceived and executed product.

One Ring lasted a month or more before the pin holding the ring on made itself loose and the ring started to swing freely. The second ring had defective tape/sticker and didn't stick to the surface at all. Even after sitting unused for 24hours, it fell off almost immediately with use.The one ring that did work was quite exceptional. I loved the security I felt while holding the phone, the 360 rotation to get the right fit/grip, and the perfection of it as a stand. If the quality was better I would have given it a full 5 stars, but I can not in good conscience because two of them shouldn't have made it to the trash so quickly.
