I have worn a watch cap for decades. They fit best and keep you warm. These are exactly what you want if you want a wool stocking cap. They are comfortable, not itchy, maintain their shape, etc. I have bought numerous ones and have them in multiple colors. As with most or all wool products watch how you wash and dry them.

Super warm cap! Great for those cold mornings. Fit was on point. I suggest washing it in cold water by hand with some fabric softer to get rid of the itch of wool. Super comfortable after washing. Material quality is great, I’ve had mine for quite a while now and other than accidentally washing it in hot water, it’s been great. Can’t beat the style of a classic wool watch cap. Looks great and super breathable after that wash in woolite.

Well, we had a cold spell, for a couple of weeks. I mentioned to my room mate. I'll order it, and the weather will warm up. But, I'm all set next time we get cold weather again.

I got this as a gift for my husband and when he first opened the bag (yes I actually left it in the amazon bag) he asked me had I bought him one of those.....I am not sure what they are called but all the young guys wear their beanies so that it looks like they have a giant ball of hair they are holding in a bun) and I am seeing it with him at the same time thinking uh I would have thought I would have noticed I was buying that type of hat. lol It is long; you really fold a larger cuff than you might normally be use to wearing. After I quit rolling with laughter from him looking like he had put a cone head hat on because it was standing straight up rather than the sag of the current fad. He finally figured out to enlarge the cuff. With all that said he absolutely loves the hat!!! (Hope I spelled absolutely right, why doesn't this thing have spell check??!) We have had some unusually cold weather for our area being at 9 degrees and he was just so happy how warm his bald head was!! (please God don't him see this!) He has come back to compliment me on the purchase of the hat and the marvel of it like three times and if you knew him that is like I gave a woman a diamond ring! lol run on sentence. I do want to mention that little bump you see in the picture that is accurate. He has a pretty large head circumference (just digging my grave now) and the bump remained. He is not bothered by it and since he is the really the consumer he gives it five stars. I probably would have gone four or at least tried to fix the bump on the top!!! (the coffin slams)

Fits great and is big enough to double up on the ears. The wool is very warm and has enough stretch to be nice and comfy. Very great value at 13 bucks.
