Buy, Buy, Buy. Buy for the brilliant taste and buy with the assurance that this is a rare company in India that puts the customer front and center and gets customer service RIGHT. They went waay out of their way and above and beyond to ensure the rancid tasting bottles were replaced and even offered a refund for the bottle that broke. Issues like that will always come up - this company stands out for how brilliantly and painlessly they handle them, placing the customer front and center. They understand what Sir Richard Branson spoke about when he said these are opportunities to solidify the brand and deepen connection. Customer service was warm, courteous, polite, responsive and efficient. Doesn't even have SCOBY in it and far too much carbonated without any other effect of the yeast on taste for this to be real kombucha. 👎
