Simple Houseware 6-Tier Sliding File Organizer, Desk Letter Tray for Document and Mail Sorting, Silver

I bought this because this year I'm moving back and forth from school to home with distance learning, and needed something sturdy and easy to transport to store my lesson plans and books. It has just the right number of shelves for all my lessons, and it takes about 5 minutes to disassemble, and another 5 minutes to put back together - so I can use it at home when I'm teaching from home and use it at school when we go back. When it's disassembled, it takes up very little room in my canvas bag. Each shelf has enough room for me to store folders and my teacher manuals. it does take a lot of room on my desk, but honestly that's a good trade off for how much it stores!!!

I bought this because, like everyone else in the world right now, I have a kid in remote schooling. He's a second grader, so focus is hard enough as it is surrounded by his toys and games, but in an effort to get him into a tidier schedule and to reinforce good self-management habits, rather than piling his folders and papers on the floor (which he was doing), I bought this. Now all of his folders have a home and nothing is missing. At the end of every day, he make sure each folder is on its shelf, and completed papers go in the bottom tray to either save and recycle.It's a very simple, nice tray system that was easy to assemble. Only thing to note is you do need a screwdriver, which I did not know until I had hiked all the way upstairs and then had to go all the way down to the basement--ha! But great sturdy product that I would recommend.

My new office is also my new Sunroom so I wanted something that would look lite and not bulky. This was a great choice. I also got the organizer with the drawer and pencil cup and place for files to stand up. Very neat and organized!

I bought this to organize my kids' art supplies in an upper cabinet in my kitchen. This fits very nicely in the cabinet, which is only 12" deep. All the different types of paper are now blissfully organized (you really should have seen the rat's nest that was this cabinet before). The one thing I'll note that lost it a star is that the shelves don't secure into the unit, so when my kids take out a coloring book or something, they will often inadvertently take the entire shelf out with it. I will probably take the unit out at some point and secure the shelves to the back of the unit with some wire or something to solve this issue.As a side note, assembly was required, but it came with clear instructions on how to do so. You'll need a Phillip's head screwdriver. Putting it together took me about five minutes.

I used this in a classroom. It works great, holds well, I notice if you screwed in a bit off, it gets slightly wobbly. But it holds just fine. I choose this one because, it haves the 5 section perfect for my needs and the way that it is laid, makes it convenient for me. The only downside, not to this item but if you have files, you need to label them backwards to read the files when trying to read it just by looking at it. But looks just like the pictures, metal quality is good also. Seems like it will last a while before I need to replace it.

I am in love with this desktop organizer for my home office! It was easy to put together. It looks great and holds all of my day to day paperwork. This is definitely the best desk organizer that I have ever owned! The price was great too!

This is a great organizer for paper/folders/notebooks. The 5 shelves are at a slight angle making it easy to add or grab any of the items. The bottom shelf is flat to put any accessories like stapler, tape, scissors, etc.. for easy quick access.Easy to assemble & sturdy construction. The 5 angled shelves have a "track" they slide into so they stay in place & are easy to slide in & out.

I got this to help me stay organized while working from home. It was very easy to put together and really helps me to keep my papers sorted and easily accessible. It was easy to put together and is actually much more sturdy than I expected.
