I've taken this bike for over 400 miles, and left it parked briefly in various weather conditions. It has been able to sustain rain for a few hours and be able to take me home no-problem. Rain is not an issue! It's speedy enough to cut a 20-ish minute ride to campus in half, and has great controls for full-throttle (no pedaling), or pedal-assist (5 modes). I usually default to full-throttle, and can use the automatic cruise-mode to get going. The pedal assist is great, each level 1 through 5 has it's own minimum speed. While pedaling on level 1, your motor keeps you going at around 10 mph, and level 5 keeps you at 20 mph. Pedal assist gives you the most life out of your battery. I was able to bike 90 minutes from downtown to the border of the county (roughly 20 miles) before my battery depleted. It got me home without too much of a sweat. Assembly was pretty straightforward as well. All parts and tools were there, and it took maybe two hours by myself to do it (with breaks). Not much effort needed, just space and the ability to read. The cables were also neatly tied up already. When traveling, say via bus or Uber, you can detach the front tire to make it smaller. I would recommend this e-bike, especially for college students. A few must-haves for this would be a helmet, a rack on the rear tire, and a smart plug for the charger. It's very convenient to return home and have my bike charged for the next outing. You could set up an automation to charge at a specific time, or even for when you return home. Also would recommend a separate headlight and a taillight for night riders. Also a good lock would keep it from being taken. If you drive on rainy or wet roads, PLEASE get a cover guard for the front and rear tire so nasty water doesn't get on you. The support team was also really kind, helpful, and dedicated to answering my questions, and replied in a timely manner as well!

The only downside were the tire and tube quality. Had to patch one and change another tube. No biggie, I bought durable ones and added liners in the well and it has been good since. I rode 18mi. And still had juice. As long it is not too windy and goin up hill. All around I LOVE THIS BIKE. I also added a descrete sceeching alarm. Get a thick bar lock as well. Good journeys.

I have been using the bike to commute to work on occasion, which is about 20 miles each way. I have put about 300 miles on the bike so far. I really like the quality of the bike, it's easy it is to use, the charge lasts about 40 miles and it charges within a couple of hours. Plus, it was a great deal compared to other e-bikes. It does sometimes die right as I am getting home so it would be nice to have a second charger. Also, I swapped the seat out for one that is more comfortable. Plus, I added the seat for my 3 year old who loves to ride too. The only issue I have had is the charger got damaged when it got snagged on something in my garage. But, the seller is working with me to get it replaced at no charge!

This bike is as described and a great deal! I had some issues that were self-inflicted but these guys stood behind their product and made it right for me. Customer service that is rarely seen these days..thank you!
