We entertain a lot. When doing BBQ I like to finish early, let the meat rest for an extended time. I use to use a cooler but you can’t control the temperature inside the cooler snd a lot of time the meat got overdone. Now I cook and put the food in the warmer at a controlled temp and just have to cut and serve when guests arrive. A game changer for me, now I can enjoy the party. Side note, even works well for fried food. I fry, then put French Fries etc on a sheet pan with a wire rack in the warmer. Not as good as fresh fried but a very close second. Enjoy!

This item stopped working and though I purchased the warranty, Amazon had me contact the manufacturer. Once I contacted the manufacturer (Vevor), they were of no help either. It takes them 1 day to respond to an email which you will have to go through. There is no number that I could find. After emailing them for over a week, we came to the conclusion of replacing an item from their website. I ordered a less expensive replacement only to find out it was out of stock the next day, though it clearly said in stock on their website. I was so fed up and asked them to return my money and for the useless warranty I paid for. They responded by saying please contact Amazon. What was the point in all of this.

Purchased this for my husband to keep our dishes warm as we continue cooking other dishes for Thanksgiving. Didn’t cause dishes to continue cooking - just right to keep dishes warm.

I use this item primarily for long heated rest for smoked beef brisket. This warming oven is plenty large, and construction quality seems acceptable (not incredible, but appears fine). I checked the oven's temperature calibration with a separate thermometer, and the oven temperature is correct. It also comes with a small water container at the bottom of the oven to provide some extra humidity, which is helpful to prevent meats from getting dried out during a long heated rest. As the other reviewers have stated, removing the protective plastic from the oven out of the box is a huge pain in the butt - plan for that to take a couple of hours or more, depending on how picky you are. But functionally it's working great for me.

Bought this warmer at the end of January, and it stop working at the beginning of June, which means only work for five months. Very disappointed with this warmer.
