I've read numerous books on the topic of porn adddiction as well as sex addiction. There are so many out there that do not base their writings on real research. This book is not one of them. The author, having a background in research and psychology, clearly utilizes evidence and peer-reviewed worksheets, facts, and advice to paint a picture of full porn addiction recovery.If I could give this more stars I would because this book has pushed me further into recovery. I would recommend Porn Addiction Recovered to porn addicts, sex addicts, their family, and their partners.Excellent...I'm grateful for this book.
