I love this backpack. I love the double handles at the top that allow you to easily carry it (no hanging onto a small loop of webbing!), I love the rigid mouth that easily opens to allow me to stuff all kinds of things into the main compartment, I love how smoothly the zippers glide! I love that inside there are little pockets for everything- a place for earbuds, an umbrella, tablet and laptop, etc. I especially love the little zippered pocket at the back where I can store things I want kept close to me (keys, ID, etc). And it's also got pockets that can accommodate a water bottle, BUT they are elasticized so if there's no bottle, they stay close to the backpack and don't stick out! Handy for sunglasses and phones, too! If I had one suggestion it would be to make the shoulder straps slightly contoured as I sometimes feel like the straps are too close to my neck. I bring this to work every day and I look forward to international travel with it later this year, too!

I've been searching for a sturdy bag for work. I carry numerous documents, folders, books. and my laptop. The bag has a separate padded compartment for your laptop! Very durable, but yet light to carry. I strongly recommend if you have a office on the go!

Just what I was looking for! Has all the pockets I needed. And because it opens on the top, it doesn’t have the tendency to fall over when you take things out. Very well built.

This bag design for the value of money. I love the fact that the compartments on the bag were very sturdy. I loved the fact that it's versatile for any occasion such as a carry-on on the plane because it's own compartment to store your portable charging pack inside pocket with the USB attachment on the outside. Worth the money and value. I have purchased again because I love it.

So many things I've ordered online over the years have been not as good quality as they should for the price but I really like this backpack. The style, size and quality was very good.
