This is a great product. We have had it in our car for a couple of years and it still looks great if you remove the dog hair. It has done a great job of keeping the seats clear and protected. Fit our Honda HRV perfectly and have had no issues with any of the straps or zippers.

We have been using another brand of car seat cover for years. We have two of them, but we recently adopted a dog who gets car sick so we needed to have three covers (one for the initial ride that will probably be vomited on, one to replace the vomited on cover and then a back up). Dogs are fun! Our old covers have lasted us a long time and have been through hard times. They have been washed countless times and have seen mud, hair and many other unpleasant dog things over the years. Unfortunately the company no longer exists. I decided on iBuddy because a lot of the other brands say they are washable in the description, but they are actually only spot washable. I'm not sure what dog owner buys something that is only spot washable, but my best guess is, they are either a new first time dog owner, the owner of a very small inside dog or a dog who never gets dirty. The iBuddy has two sizes and the truck size is the same size as our other car seat covers. I am really glad I ordered the truck size. In fact, I would encourage everyone to just order the larger size. We drive a medium size SUV and the truck size fits exactly right with no overhang at all. The smaller size would be way too small. This is a very standard car seat cover. It is well designed and easy to put in the car with clips in all the right places. It is a little padded, which my husband commented did make shaking it out after the ride a little more complicated because of the extra bulk - not a deal breaker - and the sides come up to cover the side windows if you have a reactive dog. Our senior dog likes to watch traffic so we folded the sides under. This cover also comes with a seatbelt, but I'm not sure if it is crash test rated, so we just continued to use our own. It is a nice addition for those people who aren't using one at all. I did notice that dog hair and debris did not stick to the fabric at the end of the ride when my husband shook the cover out. I will update this review after I wash the cover the first time.

This is great!! Got the truck size and it fits pretty good. Def made for a smaller dog.. My big boy could jump right outta this thing. Install is super easy and quick. Worth the money!!!

Average product, Zips are average ac vent get open all the time

Perfect and nice, this one is very nice and resestive also it is getting to fit to many cars.

Very inferior quality. The one we got came with the threads coming off and looked used. Return was available so we did that. Thankfully that process was seamless

Great product if the zips didn’t break

I purchased this item for installation in my Toyota Corolla. For the first 2 weeks, until the chemical smell came off the product, my dog was hesitant to get in the car from the obnoxious, foul, chemical odor. In general, the designers were spot on in the design only, as the mesh, pockets for items, easy installation "seemed" the perfect purchase. As the months went by, things changed. After approximately 3 months I went to remove the cover to clean out the back, and unbelievably, the straps which hold the cover on the back seat rests, literally disintegrated in my hands to a fine powder from obvious sun damage. The clips simply fell off and a black powder lay scattered everywhere. I tried to tie the two ends together and the straps just fell apart. I contacted the company, sent them photos, but rather than refund, they sent me a new one which I assume has the same straps. In their correspondence they stated they would try to improve the product. Great statement, but why send another item with the same problem? A further issue, which happened regularly, was the safety strap that hooks my dog's harness to the seat belt clip, kept popping out - and yes I was using it properly. Fortunately, I had a strap from another item that I was able to secure to the seat belt to ensure he wouldn't be thrown through the front window should an accident occur. The other clips which hold the ends up are basically the cheapest on the market. I now have to purchase a better grade strap, take the item to a commercial tailor and replace the useless straps they use. I will also be buying new clips as the ones they provide are literally junk. It should also be mentioned the color quickly fades due to sun exposure. So yes - a great design, but then rather than use quality components they went as cheaply as a "Made in China" product can be and totally ruined it. My comment to them, which I am not sure they truly understand as a corporation, is a consumer will pay more for quality rather than deal with a foul chemical smell, cheap components and a situation that endangers their pet rather than protect it while traveling.
