Having broken my femur and having a titanium implant from knee to hip I was left with 3 massive, ugly scars. Did not think I’d ever be able to do anything. Googled the problem and found this online. Not only did it reduce the raised scars they are barely visible. Use twice a day for six months. So persevere. Never thought I’d be wearing swimwear and shorts ever again but I am.

Had a full knee replacement surgery, scar is long and I wasn't sure if this scar moisturiser would work but Im really pleased with the result. Use once wound is healed, the cream helps smoth out the puckered skin. I was so impressed I recommended it to my sister after her hip replacement surgery.

The scar gel is really good which helps to make the scar be pale and close to the color of skin.

First time using and was a bit put off by reviews but my surgeon had recommended this after knee surgery left me with a 3.5inch surgical scar. Started using as soon as the wound closed - scar was very raised, bumpy and uneven - I’d been warned by physio to start massaging it to promote better long term healing. 3 days of using (only used once a day) this after some massage and I am AMAZED at how quickly it’s healing, flattening and looking much better. I can’t speak for old scars but for recent surgeries, this has been fantastic (have another shoulder scar which used on bio-oil on and it’s not looking as good as this). Definitely recommend trying. Some reviews mention it being tacky but you really don’t need to use much at all and it dries fine for me.

Left my scars flat and barely visible - I used this daily after surgery - lasts ages intact in fact I still have a lot left in the tube. Silky smooth on application and easy to wear under makeup.

I have been using this gel on scars following surgeries I have had over the past 18 months. I use the gel once the wound has closed and have found that this helps to reduce the scarring and redness. Everytime I go for checkups with my consultants, they state that whatever I am doing, I need to keep doing, as my scars are looking great. The gel is slightly tacky, so that means that it does not drip down your face and stays put. You do not need a lot for each application. I recommend this to all my friends for their scars.

It feels lovely going on and like it's going to do some good. Obviously this is going on scarred tissue so any moisture is good, but it's silky smooth and stays on, albeit shining, for several hours. I can't say it reduced any scars but I didn't do 3 times a day religiously maybe if I had it would. If nothing else it made me feel better that I was doing something to reduce them and you can't underestimate mental wellbeing. Quite costly though for small tube, you don't need a lot and will last a good while, but not using 3 x a day as advised.

I’ve been using this for major breast and stomach surgery on more than 50cm of scarring. I found applied daily it does reduce redness and help flatten the scars. Only need a tiny bead spread thinly but does take about 5 mins to dry properly. Definitely worth using.

J'ai acheté ce gel pour atténuer une cicatrice datant d'un an et une autre très récente datant de 3 mois. Toutes les deux dues à une intervention chirurgicale des genoux (prothèse totale). Les cicatrices mesurent environ 20 cm de longueur. J'utilise ce gel matin et soir depuis 1 mois. La cicatrice la plus ancienne s'est estompée et il n'en reste environ que 4 cm de visible. La seconde cicatrice qui me faisait encore terriblement mal, ne me dérange presque plus et les rougeurs ont sensiblement diminuées. Les deux cicatrices sont maintenant beaucoup plus esthétiques. A savoir que la cicatrice du genou gauche était aussi rouge que la cicatrice du genou droit avant le début du traitement par gel KELO-COTE. Je renouvelle donc aujourd'hui mon achat pour continuer le traitement. Le tube de 15g m'a permis de faire ce traitement durant 1 mois sur les deux genoux en application matin et soir. Une seule goutte suffit par cicatrice ! Je recommande ce produit sans hésiter.
