I've been taking these a month now. I thought I would wait just to see what results I got if any.. Well let me tell you these tablets are fantastic. I'm 44 Have Cfs/M.e/Fibro I'm on load of medication which has affected my hair(loss, thinning lank), skin (dull, sallow) Nails (poor condition, peeling,) Wow so a month on My hair is in the best condition ever, all nice and thick again, shiny and growing (quick) lol My skin tone and texture has improved. My nails are long, strong (very) and in excellent condition. I can't claim my energy has improved as I feel exhausted all the time. However the benefit I've had from these tablets have certainly perked me up and given me some confidence back (especially my hair) I've ordered another two months supply as I don't want to run out ever. I'm on a tight budget so these are luxury for me. Worth every single penny. Try these you won't be disappointed. If you're not on meds like me you may even have better results than I have. I'm so chuffed with these tablets :) Update August 7/8/2016 I've continued taking these and I'm still so very amazed at the difference they are still making to my Hair (thicker and shinier than ever. I've recommended to a few friends. Hoping they get excellent results like me. I'm sure they will :) UPDATE 03/01/2017 So I'm still taking these miracle tablets :) Still having the same wonderful results. I'm so happy :) The reason I'm updating is, for a couple of weeks I ran out (money can be tight sometimes for me) Anyway for that two weeks I felt a lot worse than normal. More exhausted, not as much energy ( I have little anyway) I was wondering why. It wasn't until I realised I'd not had my collagen tablets. I bought some more as soon as I could. Wow back to how I was. These tablets truly work wonders for me. I must never run out again :)
