The size of the graphic design in photoshop is slightly larger than the finished product. we add the dimensions to set up tag lines in your own graphic design software program. 1” button graphic cut line (1.313”) 1-1/4” button graphic cut line(1.629”) 2-1/4” button graphic cut line (2.625”) We have Photoshop template, if you have no idea to design the graphic, please feel free to contact the seller to get the template

L wrench is used to adjust the proper tightness of the die. there may be a loose when long time using, which can affect the seal of the badge during compressions. This is rare, the machines you receive are all pre-tuned
