Can this be used neat as a hand soap? Does it leave hands dry?

I'm very pleased with this product. I use it for all my soap-related needs: washing up liquid, washing clothes (with and without washing machine), washing hair, cleaning, and hand wash. Because its thick I dilute it; I split one large container between two empty containers and put about a pint of water with each. If I don't dilute it, it tends to be too thick to get out of the hand wash pump dispenser. It's difficult for me to compare with other products because it's so long since I used them regularly. However I don't notice any dry skin, and I don't need to use hand creams at all. Just the fact that its fragrance free makes a big difference to me - fragrances have a very drying and irritating effect on my skin.

How does it compare with Dr Bronner's castille liquid soap?

The Dr Bronner's is better - it's thicker, and you need rather less of it. But this is less than half the price. Because this one is thinner, it doesn't clog up soap dispensers quite as badly as the Dr Bronners does (from what I recall).

Is this organic? And is it for vegans?
