Good product and as advertised
I was recommended to use L-Glutamine to help with possible leaky gut and fatigue. I am pleased that this product says it only contains L-Glutamine and does not include lots of other things/fillers as many other complementary products do contain. It is hard to say how effective/beneficial this has been as I've only taken it for 10 days so far and in a much less quantity than recommended to see how it goes as I am very sensitive to any form of 'medication'. So far, so good although usually supplements take a while to be effective. Always worth investigating possible side effects in case there is a reaction to any supplements. I like the fact that is it UK manufactured too.

Value for money
The best thing about these were the value for money and the way that they were packaged and they did exactly what they said. I was looking for these tablets and could not find them at the price that these were priced at. I would recommend these for anybody who is looking for Value for money

Well priced (at time of writing), and works as well as any l-glutamine I've taken in the past
Good price for the capsule count, definitely helps me recover better from workouts (can sustain 6 training days a week when using l-glutamine, have to fall back to 5 after a couple of weeks without). I tend to feel more benefit from capsule form rather than loose powder, though this could well be due to me always taking the powder in a drink and loosing some in the dregs. Certainly less hassle as capsules!

Rub for the body off love
Glutamine is not a food but an isolated amino acid. It is an important nutrient but no nutrients work in isolation. Some forms of supplements have various multivitamins and minerals added to the amino acid mix to create a protein supplement but in general such supplements are not a good idea to take. They act like a drug in the body and stimulate the endocrine glands. This is because the body has to make sense of something that is not food and either store it as toxic ingredient or process it to energy but at a cost since the body has to complete all the missing ingredients to utilize this glutamine ingredient. But foods at the bottom of the food chain like sea veggies and different algae, are naturally high in all the essential and non-essential amino acids. Plus foods have the other components of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fats, sugar to help the body process the protein into energy and utilize it for building body structure. Therefore, if the body has any nutrient deficiencies, it is best to rely on simple but powerful foods from the bottom of the food chain to address all nutrient deficiencies including any amino acids deficiencies. This is why wholefood supplements are best to use. If you read the ingredients in a product label and you start to see, A, B, C, L, zinc, Glutamin....etc., then it is an isolated and fractionated supplement. But if you start to read ingredients such as broccoli, carrots, oat sprouts, algae, wheat grass....etc., then this is a good source of concentrated food based supplement that the body will certainly benefit from to address deficiencies. Also these foods should not be heated but dehydrated at low temperature or fermented.

If you want to prevent DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), buy this.
If you are coming back to exercising after a little break, and feel your muscles getting sore, take some L-Glutamine. It helps you to recover quickly and numbs the soreness. This is a good supply.
