Good value for money this is amazing stuff it sticks very very well seriously easy to use

I used this to fix two items, a dash cam and headlight eyebrows where the supplied adhesive tape failed.In both instances, this tape has proved to be much strong than the supplied adhesive tapes.The dash cam is plastic affixed to glass, and the headlight eyebrow is plastic on plastic.I cleaned the areas with isopropyl alcohol first (see my other review) and allowed the area to dry.Over time, the tape appears to have hardened a little and the bond has become stronger.Very useful for small automotive and household jobs.

I bought a Nextbase bundle recently, which came with a 3M foam sticker to attach the mount to the windscreen. It worked very well, but I need to reposition it and discovered that once you take it off, it loses its adhesion.I tried a standard 3M adhesive pad I had lying around and it fell straight off.So, having read many reviews of alternatives that fail, this one had good reviews. I've attached it earlier today and it's stuck fast. It feels solid to me, so I recommend it. I will update this review if it does fail in the future.

Best tape ever bought cheaper version of it and was not good at all but this tape is the strongest tape and price explains why recommending this tape

It's quite evpensive but, like most 3M products I've tried it is very good. You need to be meticulous with the preparation of the surface and be cognisant of the surface you are trint to stick to. For instance some plastics are NOT suitable. But if you read the instructions and follow them to the letter, if you are totally meticulous with your preparation this is a fantastic product.

2023 - another year another update, that trick didn't work, better it so pick at it with pliers :DTRICK - hold both firmly in hand with the red cover on top, pick away at it until the black tape squeezes from underneath. Try it you'll know what I mean.UPDATE - still rocks, but knocked off one start for how frustrating it is to peel the protective layer off.UPDATE - peeled off after 6 months, took another star off.Where 3M double soft tape didn't work this seems solid some two months in. I've used it for mounting a light on the bed frame (lacquered wood to plastic). Prepped the surfaces with rubbing alcohol. There is a bit of tension due to the shape of the light, but it's been holding well. Quite impressed with it.

This is not typical double sided tape. They doesn't looks sticky when you touch them rather soft rubber type. When you stick them to the surface make sure you push harder to the surface and let it dry for several hours. Then it's kind of impossible to remove from the surface.I had to put a blind spot mirror to my scooter windshield with this vhb tape. I put them at night so they gets strong by the morning before I travel. At morning it was perfectly bonded. But when I was riding I realized that I positioned the mirror in wrong spot. When I came back to home I tried to remove to reposition but it was kind of impossible to remove. It took me 35 minutes as I don't wanted to break my windshield or mirror arm. It's so hard to remove from the surface so be careful!I put some other scenario where I used them and they all are strongly held.This review to help others like me who was looking for it. People putting negative reviews may be didn't use it as instructed.And also 100% waterproof.
