Tastes a bit bitter but it is the nature of the product and it is good for your health and as pain relief within time.

Works well- I recommend this product, it did help with the discomfort I experienced in my knees.

I cant be sure but i suspect this is more effective than the capsules of the same stuff.

I have just started taking this and after a few days I could feel the difference in the pain andswelling in my fingers. Some people on the review are staying how big the tablet is and that itsa choking hazard. that's absolutely ridiculous. One big gulp of water and its gone so don't be misledby those stupid comments. Choking hazard! These tablets are very big. I had to stop taking them as they were nearly impossible to swallow and I choked almost every time.
