Q: How do we claim for warranty?

I tried going through Kuvings but they will not help unless the seller is an authorised distributor - they were not very helpful. You will likely need to go direct to the seller who will process the claim direct with Kuvings. I found Kuvings to be less than receptive so don't expect a positive response.

Q: Is the white one the same model, it looks a bit differnet

All the kuvings models including the EVO 820 which the latest models use the same juicing filters. You should never ever put whole fruit down as the machine will definitely block up and the lid will be practically impossible to remove, with fruit and leafy greens rotting away in your kitchen. We have been using Kuvings every day, and upgraded to the EVO 820 model, now have given up. the design fault is in the juice strainer - where the pulp goes out- a bit of ginger or turmeric and blocks up, even without using the pusher, and cutting the fruit small and letting it juice slowly.
