Africa is a rich healthy continent with natural healthy soil, vegetation and natural selenium. Stop looking at it out of ignorance. Africa has the most trusted food you can ever have compared to the everyday GMO food found on other continents If you are not sure buy something else grown locally where you are and of course it will not be as natural as the one from African soil.

I do remember it being documented that mothers in third world places with severe food shortages eat this to enable them to produce more milk. There are many articles about this i suggest a google search, hope this is some help : )
