Q: Will having it out of the bag for a while remove the chemically smell from the bag? I'm giving it for Christmas but it smelled bad when it got here.

Yes. My son's scarf does not smell. Letting it air out should help.

This is a REAL scarf for every winter day. It is not a cosplay only.

Q: Is the patch supposed to be crooked? It was the first thing I noticed when I opened the package. Now, I notice it in the pictures they provided.

Ours isn't crooked. I think I'd send it back!

I don't think I would wash it...probably dry clean. It's a very nice scarf, not cheap looking at all. Its a heavier scarf. Hope that helps.
