UPDATE : Purchase price reimbursed. The defective lock opens to ANY touch!
UPDATE: The manufacturer/marketer contacted us and offered to reimburse us with a gift card the purchase price of the lock. They did ask me to change my rating in exchange for the reimbursement. I said emphatically, NO! They came back with a second offer to reimburse me anyway, and they have done so.As they have reimbursed us for the defective lock, we are adjusting this review to rate only the operational lock. We are giving it a 4 star rating because the thumb print works perfectly for me, but we cannot get it to accept an additional thumb print for my wife. The numeric code entry and key do work perfectly for her.My wife has tried 3 times to reprogram it without success. I say my wife, because I don't have the patience to struggle through the difficult programming steps. That said, it is very convenient to grab the handle and have it unlock to my thumb print.FYI: Unlike most other brands of digital locks, which accept a 4 digit code, this lock REQUIRES a 6 digit code plus the # key. Operating the lock is far more convenient for me than for my wife. She wants to rate it 3 stars.Original Post:We purchased two of these locks. It was the most difficult to program of any brand we have purchased. Our biggest complaint, though, is that the second lock we installed, opens to ANY touch, even the back of our hand! We reset everything, and it still does it. Quite worthless if you are trying to secure an area!

Functional once installed, getting there is a little work
Overall these are a good value. I installed 1 on my shed door as a trial. Install wasn't too terrible, the directions aren't great, but I muddled through it. The programing was a little tougher, with a few things lost in the translations. In use they work good, batteries seem to be holding up. I like having the options for unlock, rfid, key, fingerprint, code. My most used unlock option is the fingerprint, unfortunately it is hit and miss. I even stored my same fingerprint a couple times thinking it might make it easier to 'decode'. I'd say 33% of the time it reads it first time, 33% it takes 2 or 3 tries, and 33% I end up having to use the code to unlock.

Very good
I have Schlage sense door locks on my duplex. I’ve had them for a couple years and they do exactly what I need them to do. I wanted to keypad door locked so I bought one of these be about 40 bucks for it on Amazon. Which legs were over $200 each but they’ve been good door locks. I Las Vegas house I don’t keep Internet on it because it’s just a partial vacation rental. The quality of the two locks as far as workmanship seems to be about the same but the features of how the door lock unlocks the biggest difference is this Lock is far quieter and smoother than the Schlage. The keys aluminate brightly so that at night when you walk up to your front door and it’s a little bit dark it’s very easy to see which buttons you’re pushing. I don’t know that anybody has really made a comment on how loud a Schlage door lock yes but I can hear that thing it’s annoying as hell. This door lock is smooth and quiet and it 40 bucks how do you beat that. Don’t get me wrong I’m not changing out my door locks on my Airbnb rental with this cheaper door lock only because I need to be able to program the door lock Wi-Fi and do it from a remote location that this lock will not do. That being said I just program in about 10 different programs make a note of it in my iPhone and if anybody wants to get in my house I have a code for them that’s not my code and or if I rent the house I can use that code and when they leave I can just go And delete that code yeah kind of a pain in the butt but less than 20% of the cost what value. Only time will tell if it last as long as my other door locks last but being from a automotive field what I can tell you is when you hear some thing that’s quiet and smooth it generally lasts a lot better than something that’s loud and vibrates and agitates. My point is this door lock is quieter smoother easier to operate easier to see to get in at night easier with your eyes closed to be able to lock it when you walk out the door it has the automatic locking feature it’s an absolute no-brainer for 40 bucks unless you absolutely need it to be Wi-Fi and nobody absolutely needs it to be Wi-Fi but it is a key feature that I can’t be without on one of my Airbnb rentals that being said I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one of these bad boys in a Minnesota second if I needed one

Too Sensitive to the touch
The lock is impressive in its looks, and in many ways, it is well-designed. I like how you can change the batteries without taking the lock apart. The instructions for installation are well written, with each step having its own bag of screws etc. Unfortunately, the programming of the lock was not easy. It is important to hit the reset button before beginning programming (I thought it was optional and used only when wanting to erase all settings, but it is the FIRST step in programming the lock!). You need a pointed stick to push the button, and it did not come with one. I had to take a chopstick and sand it down to reach the button. Then the next problem was that the instruction book was misprinted and used the wrong symbols for programming. My son realized the error, and we were able to work around it.The operation of the lock was the next problem. The buttons light up upon touching the button area, but when entering the numbers, the lock was too sensitive. For example, you might be pushing the 5 button, but it will double it. Each time I opened the door, I had to try several times before getting the code in. A few days after installing the lock, it stopped working and was not locking. Most likely, I would have had to program it over again, starting with the chopstick, but I was done with it and took it out of service.

Looks good, problem in fingerprint entering.
It is good overall. The passcode works perfect. But there is a problem, only first person’s fingerprint works. For the second person, the fingerprint can be added successfully, and it worked just few minutes after setting. Then the lock can’t recognize it. It is very odd.

Customer service is very good .
The thing I do not like is you can not unlock the door. So if you are having people over it will not unlock you have to open the door for everyone. They contacted us and were very helpful . Thank you 😊

Wow!!
So it took me a little longer to install it or at least program it. As the manual says. Read the entire book of instructions first. Trust me. It'll probably save you an hour, but it will be worth it.

manufacture, defects and terrible service
I purchased two zomnua locks sets and entered a rabbit hole of poor customer, service, and manufacture defects. BothLocksets came to me damaged and appeared to be returned from another customer. One set had black marks all over it, that I tried to remove only to discover some scratches the other set had a scratches on it, as well as the administer code had been changed from default. I was stuck with either installing the locks or not being able to leave my house. I contacted customer service to give them the opportunity to make it right . It became back-and-forth messages where they would respond to me only in the middle of the night. They said locks are usable so I could either keep the locks or uninstall and return them. Eventually the customer service rep offered some compensation but said it would come out of his own monthly wages. What kind of company does that to their employees? I refused that offer and ended up ordering another two lock sets at my own cost. I couldn’t return the damage locks until I received new locks. Much to my disappointment when I opened up the new two lock sets after waiting for their arrival there were scratches on one and a chip mark on the other. Do I order a third set hoping for quality? I was angry to the point of tears. I like the locks, it’s the manufacture defects and customer service that is unsatisfactory.
