Does this come with a warranty?

I honestly cant remember whether it came with a warranty. I bought it several years ago for my childrens' nursery and as far as I know it's still in use. Very sturdy, nice looking product , well used by the children and the only thing I remember doing to it was to tighten the screws with an allan key. Hope this helps.

Could an adult sit on chair?

Hello, this table and chair set are very strong. I bought it for my childrens nursery, and the staff would sit and play with a child in the kitchen area, the chairs are very suitable for any age. Incidentally this set was ine of the most popular and longest lasting of my nursery's equipment.

Do you think this would suit a 7 year old or is it too small?

What size are the storage bins please?

I'm not sure because I had this table in my childrens nursery and I have retired. The bins fit very neatly under the table at an angle for easy access and the children kept all sorts of things in them. Play food, utensils, tea sets, empty food cartons. I cannot recommend this table and chairs highly enough.
