Q: Is this a solvent free adhesive?

For all intents and purposes yes. It is water based acrylic. From manufacturer: Contains a plasticised water based acrylic emulsion with dense fillers, very minor amounts of white spirits (ca. 1%), dispersants, bocides, and acrylic associate thickeners. Q: Could I use this to seal gaps between floor boards before covering with Ply and Vinyl tiles?

Yes, I have used to seal gap between skirting and floor boards. Gaps between boards and gap between floorboard and central heating pipes going to radiator. Give it time to cure before covering with ply. Depending on thickness / temperature it may need a couple of days.

Q: How long can the sealant be used after cutting the nozel

Hi, when you have finished using the product then you should seal the nozzle as well as possible to prevent air getting to it. How long this lasts depends on how air-tight it has been sealed.
