Are these single or multi use syringes?

They come apart so Ive washed and re-used

Do each of the syringes come with the rubber adaptor or do you only get one?

You get 5. They're quite stiff - o bought them to use with bottle of gripe water and unfortunately they didn't work. Good idea but the bottles you use them with need to be the right size I thought you'd be able to squash them in

Can these be sterilised?

Milton sterilising solution is what I use to keep them bacteria free. They last longer with this method.
