The first thing you’ll notice about these is that the picture is misleading. I was expecting a couple of thin dusters and, given the price, I was sceptical to say the least. However, on opening the pack and feeling the gel filling, I was pleasantly surprised. Don’t let the price mislead you. These are quality items.I bought these for the wife, out of desperation. She’d been suffering from sore nipples for a while. When I told her I’d bought something to help, she was just as sceptical as me. However, when she tried them, she was just amazed. Not only were they comfortable, but the soreness subsided pretty much instantly.You get two soft plastic pads with a deep, gel filling which can be used warm or cold. Each pad has clear directions printed on the back. They come with two fabric covers which are really soft to touch.Overall then, both me and my wife were most impressed with this purchase. It was money well spent all round. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone suffering from sore nipples through breast feeding.

These were bigger than I expected which is fab! They are really helping with my Raynaud's in breastfeeding and making a big difference. They are easy to use and comfortable in my bra. They heat up well and the material is soft assistant my skin.I've done 4 rather than 5 for 2 reasons:1. I have received two packs that are the same way around so I have to wear a seam against my left breast whereas the seam is on the outside on my right. I would prefer it if one was sewn the other way round so I didn't have to have the seam against either breast. It's not the worst thing though, just a niggle!And 2. In the package there was a card as pictured. The website is strange and I wouldn't order anything from it. It says it's from a small family owned company but the series of websites or keys to seem fishy to me. This has nothing to do with the product or it's function but I would have preferred the card not to be in there.

Haven't tried them cold yet but heated ohhh yessssss, I'm not one who usually dose reviews but buy them im currently at 2 weeks before I'm due my 3rd and the "twins" are sore I can see these being the most used breast feeding product this time around they are amazing, my only advice would be inbetween heating stints give the gel a good squish to stop any hot spots forming in the packs but they are wonderful

I was really benefitting from these, to the point I was going to write a review to say how great they were. Compared to another brand I have they are bigger and a better shape, but today I got a split and liquid goop started coming out so I'm really disappointed as they were genuinely going really well. If they hadn't done this I would be really chuft. Unfortunately at the moment I can't drive so have no way to return them for a refund as per Amazon returns situation, which means I'm out of pocket.

Superb and amazing , in 20 secs the gel is heated up and relieves the engorgement pain . I liked it so much .

I was desperate to try these due to recently having a baby, and reading the reviews I was hopeful that they would bring some welcomed relief. However I put them in the microwave (one at a time) in 20 second intervals as instructed and when they felt warm enough I placed one in my nursing bra, I quickly realised that the gel had leaked and I had burnt my skin, it was scalding hot. Luckily it was only my skin and not the baby's....

I must say I was skeptical buying this having read the reviews but these far exceeded my expectations. Fantastic product, really provides deep heat to the breast, I had a pain in my breast from feeding for a few weeks and this really helped (and I had tried a number of different things to eleviate the pain e.g. positioning the baby differently, hand expressing, hot bath, hot shower, pumping). Using the heat pad whilst pumping also made pumping so much easier. I like that they are larger because it really wraps around the breast. Also, they do not burn your hands when you take them out of the microwave and they seem to get hotter once placed on the body, which explains why some may have been stating the pads did not get hot enough. I haven’t tried these for cold yet but that, for me, is an added bonus because I bought them for their heat function. Also, when I’ve finished breastfeeding these will make great heat pads in place of a hot water bottle. Well worth every penny (and you get two!)

Perfect for new moms like myself. Those first days of engorgement with my milk coming in were honestly so painful so I immediately was looking for some kind of relief. These were perfect. They fit right in your bra and stay cold a decent amount of time. Helps with swelling and just feels soo nice! Definitely recommended! Super easy to use as well. I have only used them frozen but I know you can also use them to warm the breast as well so I will have to give that a try!

I am a third time mom and bought these cooling pads over other brands for a few reasons. Number one, they look the nicest in my opinion. Number two, they are for both cooling and heating. Cooling is essential when breastfeeding and everything is swollen, hot, and sore. Especially when milk is first coming in or if you get a clogged duct/mastitis. Heating is especially helpful when trying to express milk when there is too much, which can happen often especially in the beginning. And the final reason I find these gel pads superior to the rest it their shape. There is an added piece that extends to the side of the breast or can be flipped to go over the middle of the chest. Huge bonus.

Sono una neomamma, il mio bimbo è ancora all ospedale e io mi devo tirare il latte per non perderlo e per portarglielo!! Questi cuscinetti in gel hanno risolto tutti i miei problemi, seno morbido senza usare pentole stracci e acqua! Tutto molto piu veloce e comodo! Basta qualche secondo in micronde e sei apposto! Poi un massaggio e via!

Ce sont très très comfortable! Je les ai utilisé avec la chaleur et le froid et ils retient bien tant la chaleur comme le froid. Pour la xhaleure les ai chauffé dans l'eau bien chaude. Avant de les avoir commandé, j'ai acheté celles d'Avent et ils n'ont RIEN à voir, je les ai même retourné...
